After studying sociology and business management at Trier University, Stephanie spent time in Luxembourg in a company offering relocation services. Thereafter Stephanie worked in the UK in business and 10 years in Germany in recruitment in a management role. The last 1.5 years were spent as Head of Direct Search and Permanent Placement. In this time, Stephanie has built strong networks and relationships with key decision makers in the fields of IT and Engineering, as well as Marketing and Business.
As a mixed-race woman and mother who understands first hand the challenges of relocation and the value of diversity in the workplace - especially in traditionally male dominated industries - Stephanie brings empathy and expertise into the recruitment experience. A native German, Stephanie is proud of the country’s diversity, economic strength and leadership in innovation, and can help you better understand German culture as you acclimatize.
