Our Recruitment Process

1. Discovery Call

Let’s talk about the vacancy, the tasks, requirements, qualifications and personal and professional skill set needed.
We’ll also explore the company infrastructure and offering and what makes it an appealing place to work.

2. Sourcing Candidates

We reach out to our extensive network of candidates, as well as other databases and approach potential candidates

3. Job Posting

We promote the position on our site-based job board with detailed information provided.

4. Technical Interview

After reviewing applicants’ CVs, we interview them and assess their motivation to change jobs and what they are looking for in a company. We offer guidance when the candidate is dealing with uncertainties regarding relocation questions during the recruiting process.

5. Profile Creation

We create a cover sheet for the candidate, with their basic info and framework data, which includes information such as availability or notice period, desired salary, willingness to move and travel etc; CV, and other relevant documents

6. Interview Process

We join the interview process as a silent listener, then give feedback after the interview (such as how to assess the chances of winning over the candidate) and advise on the next strategic steps.This ensures a smooth recruitment process

7. Contract Signing

Once the contract is signed, the company pays our success-based fee

8. Intercultural onboarding
