Description:

The company has developed an innovative No-Code platform that is already successfully deployed in German heavy industries, particularly within the automotive sector. With the product now reaching maturity, the time is ripe for both vertical and horizontal scaling—initially focusing on the DACH region.

Business development is a key driver of the company’s growth, characterized by organic expansion and the establishment of new development sites. Central to this role is a deep understanding of customer needs, enabling the creation of tailored solutions. The unique value and economic efficiency of the No-Code platform are pivotal to success.

Engagement in new projects begins with existing customer scenarios. This approach allows for the evaluation of current marketing strategies and direct feedback on service and product offerings—a valuable process that contributes to continuous improvement and the strengthening of customer relationships.

What to Expect:

  • You will support the management in Key Account Management and then take over the independent management of market segments.
  • You will lead the preparation of proposals.
  • You will manage wellness initiatives for key project figures.
  • You will develop and negotiate framework agreements.
  • You will effectively position both your personal profile and that of the company on social media platforms.
  • You will participate in industry and networking events, building valuable connections.
  • You will develop and execute events in collaboration with partners and clients.
  • You will be responsible for the introduction of a CRM system and oversee all sales activities.
  • You will design sales documents, particularly regarding product use case scenarios.
  • You will actively contribute to the development of the product roadmap.
  • You will provide essential input for the strategic development of the company.

What You Should Bring:

  • A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in process consulting, ideally including in-house experience, with a strong affinity for innovative IT solutions and systems
  • Initial experience in project sales, for example through direct project involvement
  • A robust network of contacts with team and department leaders in IT, digitalization, and process optimization
  • Deep understanding of model-based software development, with strong knowledge of data and process modeling
  • A passion for communication and presentation, enabling you to clearly and convincingly convey the product’s value in the context of customer needs
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions for sales
  • High levels of initiative, independence, and a solution-oriented approach to collaboratively develop and successfully implement sales strategies
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
