What to expect:
- You will conceptualize and design components and systems for drive technology.
- You will create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
- You will conduct feasibility studies and design reviews.
- You will work in interdisciplinary project teams to develop new products and technologies.
- You will oversee projects from the initial idea to series production.
- You will work closely with the production department to optimize manufacturing processes.
- You will create technical documentation, specifications, and bills of materials.
- You will present design concepts and project results to internal and external stakeholders.
- You will conduct design and construction reviews to ensure product quality.
- You will analyze and rectify design errors and continuously work on improving existing products.
- You will keep track of new trends and technologies in drive technology.
- You will participate in training sessions and trade fairs to continuously expand your expertise.
What you should bring:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study; alternatively, a technician training with several years of professional experience
- Professional experience in the design and development of drive technology
- Proficiency in using SolidWorks
- Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical drive systems
- Experience in applying design and calculation methods
- Knowledge in materials science and manufacturing techniques
- High problem-solving ability and analytical thinking skill
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
