DevOps Manager (m/f/d)

What to expect:
- You will organize the delivery pipeline of our applications and seamlessly integrate them into the existing IT infrastructure of our clients.
- You will configure and maintain systems both for our clients and within our internal infrastructure — including the administration and optimization of our Windows and Linux systems.
- You will be actively involved in the development of our applications, bringing your expertise in Java.
- You will implement and monitor the operational processes of our software solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
- You will continuously optimize our networks and access to ensure maximum efficiency and security — while addressing and implementing legal and security-related requirements.
- You will assist in the development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and develop and maintain automated deployment processes.
- You will monitor system performance and conduct troubleshooting and resolution.
- You will manage the operational monitoring mechanisms in the client infrastructure using common cloud technologies and represent operational monitoring within the company.
What you should bring:
- Completed university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field
- Extensive experience in administering Windows and Linux systems
- Solid knowledge in software development with Java
- Comprehensive knowledge in IT infrastructure and experience in integrating and managing complex systems
- Knowledge in network administration and implementation of security measures
- Proficient with CI/CD tools and experienced in automating deployment processes
- Experience with cloud technologies and monitoring tools
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Structured and detail-oriented work approach
- High problem-solving ability and willingness to take responsibility
- Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges
- Team-oriented and proactive working style
