What to expect:

  • You build and maintain strong customer relationships by developing growth strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
  • You utilize digital sales strategies and tools to implement targeted account planning, time and territory management, and CRM administration.
  • You act as a liaison for your customers, ensuring smooth communication between the customer and internal departments through training and digital channels.
  • You identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with the field sales team to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
  • You continuously assess the needs of your sales partners and promote the use of company programs through targeted communication and training.
  • You contribute to the development and rollout of new sales processes, taking on a multiplier role to implement them across the sales team.
  • You organize and coordinate sales activities, contributing to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence.

What you should bring:

  • A completed technical degree or technical training, such as in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, along with 2–4 years of experience in sales or marketing in a B2B environment, ideally in the industrial sector.
  • Technical interest and foundational knowledge in powertrain and automation, as well as experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and BI applications.
  • An analytical and structured approach that helps you recognize long-term customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver digital presentations and explain complex matters clearly.
  • Fluent German and English skills, with an additional European language preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and a high degree of self-responsibility to proactively shape the role.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%) and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
